Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

 

  • To start a return, email us at silvieskincare@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at silvieskincare@gmail.com.

 

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • We will gladly arrange a replacement or provide store credit at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
  • Refunds are issued once products are inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions above.
